Impact cracks & chips
A rock, hail, or a stray ball. A crack in glass only travels — it never stops. Caught early, it's a single-pane swap in an existing frame.
Foggy / failed seal (IGU)
Haze between the panes means the insulated glass unit's seal has failed and the inert gas is gone. The frame is usually fine; only the sealed unit needs replacing.
Shattered & tempered glass
Tempered glass fails all at once into pebbles. We clear the opening safely, board it up the same day, and set the fabricated replacement when it lands.
Storm & hail damage
North Texas storms hit multiple openings at once. We document each pane with photos and measurements so your insurance claim has what it needs.

How a repair call runs

Call or send a photo
One photo of the damage and the opening tells us most of what we need. We give you a ballpark on the phone.

Secure the opening
If the pane is out or unsafe, we board up and clear the glass first so your home or storefront isn't exposed overnight.

Measure & fabricate
Exact on-site measurements go to the shop. Standard clear glass turns fast; tempered, low-E, and custom shapes take a few days.

Install & seal
New unit set, glazed, sealed, and cleaned. We test operation on doors and sashes before we leave and haul the debris out.
